Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Visitor Visa Global service fees, government fees and third-party charges. Our service fee is charged for professional time, review, guidance, administration and application support. Government and third-party fees are separate and are usually non-refundable once paid.

Last updated: 19 June 2026

Visitor Visa Global provides visa guidance and application support. Final visa decisions are made by the relevant government authority.

Service fees

Service fees paid to Visitor Visa Global cover the time and work involved in checking requirements, reviewing documents, preparing application guidance, organising information, communicating with applicants and supporting the application process.

Before work starts

If you cancel before our team has started work on your file, you may request a refund of the service fee. An administrative or payment processing deduction may apply where costs have already been incurred.

After work starts

Once our team has started reviewing documents, preparing your checklist, assessing your case, providing advice, creating your file, communicating next steps, or assisting with forms, service fees are generally non-refundable because professional time and resources have been used.

Government and third-party fees

Government visa application charges, biometric fees, appointment fees, courier charges, translation costs, medical examination fees, police check fees, bank fees, card surcharges and other third-party fees are not controlled by Visitor Visa Global and are generally non-refundable once paid.

Visa refusal

A visa refusal does not automatically entitle you to a refund of Visitor Visa Global service fees. Final decisions are made by the relevant government authority, and our service fee is for professional assistance and support, not for a guaranteed outcome.

Processing delays

Delays caused by government authorities, visa centres, security checks, system outages, appointment availability, public holidays, missing documents or applicant response delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Missing, false or incomplete information

Refunds may be refused where the application is delayed, refused or unable to proceed because the applicant provided false, misleading, inconsistent, incomplete or late information or documents.

Duplicate payment or overpayment

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or pay more than the agreed amount, contact us with payment evidence. Once verified, the duplicate or excess amount may be refunded, minus any non-refundable bank or payment processor charges.

Change of mind

Change of mind, change of travel plans, failure to travel, personal circumstances, flight cancellation or decision not to proceed after work has started does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Family or group applications

For family or group applications, refunds are assessed per applicant and based on the amount of work already completed for each file. If work has started for some applicants but not others, any refund may be partial.

Exceptional cases

Visitor Visa Global may consider a partial refund, credit or alternative service in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. Any approval must be confirmed in writing.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@visitorvisaglobal.com with your full name, contact details, payment receipt, application reference if available, reason for the request and any supporting evidence. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may pause services while the issue is investigated. We reserve the right to provide evidence of work completed, communication history and agreed service terms to the payment provider.
