Final visa decisions are made only by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not guarantee approval, processing time, appointment availability, outcome, visa validity period or entry permission at the border.

You are responsible for providing true, complete, accurate and current information. You must review your application details and documents before submission. Providing false, misleading, incomplete or inconsistent information may result in refusal, cancellation, delays, penalties or future travel restrictions.

By uploading documents or asking us to assist with an application, you confirm that you have the right to provide those documents and authorise us to use them for visa guidance and application support. For family or group applications, you confirm that you have permission to act for the other applicants.

Our service fees are charged for professional time, document review, application guidance, administration and support. Government application charges, biometric fees, appointment fees, courier fees, translation fees, medical fees, police checks, bank charges and other third-party costs are separate unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Payment terms will be provided before work begins. We may pause, decline or stop services if required fees are not paid, payment is reversed, payment information is incomplete, or there is a suspected security or compliance issue.

Any processing time estimate is general guidance only. Government processing times can change without notice and may be affected by peak seasons, security checks, biometric appointments, missing documents, public holidays, system outages or individual case complexity.

You must respond to requests for documents, clarification or signatures within a reasonable time. Delays in response may delay the application or affect appointment and submission timelines. You must keep your contact details updated.

We aim to keep information accurate, but government rules and requirements can change without notice. Website content, branding, checklists, templates, tools, text, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to Visitor Visa Global unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your personal application process only and must not copy, resell, reproduce or republish them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visitor Visa Global is not liable for visa refusal, application delays, government decisions, border decisions, loss of travel bookings, missed flights, third-party system issues, embassy policy changes, force majeure events, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. By paying for our services, you acknowledge that service fees may become non-refundable once work has started or professional time has been used.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is published on our website unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to Visitor Visa Global’s operating location. If the business operates from New South Wales, Australia, the laws of New South Wales may apply. This clause should be reviewed and confirmed by a lawyer before publishing.
